Enterprise Roadmap

Overview

Enterprise Roadmap is a web platform for corporate strategic planning. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks and Miro boards with a single structured workspace where strategy teams build multi-year roadmaps, align initiatives to KPIs, and track delivery against stated outcomes. The target users are VPs of strategy, PMO leaders and consultants working with mid-market and enterprise clients. The product is consultative in tone — the UI guides users through a defined strategic framework rather than exposing a blank canvas.

My role

I designed the information architecture, built the full-stack application, and shipped the production deployment. Backend in Node.js with PostgreSQL for strategy documents and a relational model for KPI/initiative linkage. Frontend in React with a custom component system that mirrors the consultative flow. I also implemented the export pipeline (PDF and slide formats) and the multi-tenant authentication layer.

Outcome
