What size of business do you work with?
Small and mid-sized business owners — from independent professionals to companies with 5-50 employees. If you do not have an internal tech team, you are my audience. I also work as senior reinforcement inside existing engineering teams.
Can you work with my existing tech team?
Yes. I also work as senior reinforcement inside established squads — architecture review, critical-feature delivery, complex integrations, or mentorship for junior developers. Format: weekly allocated hours or scope-based delivery.
How does the AI part work in practice?
Depends on the process. Common cases: WhatsApp chatbot with per-customer memory, assistant that reads and summarizes documents, email and report automation, lead triage, semantic search over internal knowledge bases. I start by mapping the current flow, then identify where AI reduces cost or time.
What is your stack, specifically?
Backend: Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis. Frontend: React, Next.js, Vite. AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models via Ollama, frameworks like LangChain and the Vercel AI SDK, Model Context Protocol. Integrations: Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API, Zapier, n8n. Infrastructure: Vercel, Railway, AWS.
How long until I see the product running?
Functional MVP in 2-4 weeks for well-defined scopes. Simple integrations: days. Full SaaS: 2-4 months with weekly incremental deliveries. Continuous deployment from week one.
What does the first week look like?
Day 1-2: discovery — problem, audience and constraints. Day 3-4: written scope and architecture proposal. Day 5-7: environment setup and first working deploy (may be a single screen, but running in production). Short, objective meetings.
How does billing work?
Fixed-scope project with defined scope and price, or monthly retainer with allocated hours. Clear proposal within 48h after the first call. No surprise invoices. Retainer scope adjusted monthly in a short review.
Do you work outside Canada?
100% remote. I work with clients in Brazil, the United States, Canada and Europe. Meetings adjust to your time zone. Documentation and deliverables in English or Portuguese depending on preference.
What do you NOT do?
I do not do standalone graphic design, I do not work with no-code drag-and-drop platforms (Webflow, Bubble), I do not develop games, and I do not accept projects without a minimally defined scope. If you only need an institutional WordPress site, there are better-suited professionals.
What happens after launch?
Monthly evolution plans with allocated hours: new features, monitoring, adjustments. Or ad-hoc hourly engagement. Transition to an internal team is also an option — I document the system and hand it off.
